• Customer accounts: name, email address, encrypted password and activity needed to manage access.
• Listings: property information, address or area, price, descriptions, photographs and publisher details, for review and publication.
• Security: IP address, technical logs and fraud-prevention information.
• Marketing: only the contact details for which separate, explicit consent has been given.

3. Legal bases

Pre-contractual steps and performance of requested services; legitimate interests in answering requests, securing and improving the service; legal obligations; and consent for optional marketing or non-essential trackers. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

4. Required fields

Fields marked as required are needed to process the request. Without them, Dar Koutoubia may be unable to create the account, review the listing or answer the enquiry.

5. Recipients and processors

6. International access

The agency operates in Morocco and the website is hosted in France. Data may therefore be accessed from Morocco. Any provider processing data in another country must be assessed and covered by the safeguards required by applicable law.

7. Retention

• Enquiries and prospect records: up to three years after the last meaningful contact.
• Accounts: while active, then up to three years after the last activity, subject to legal claims.
• Listings and supporting material: for the publication and contractual relationship, then for the applicable legal limitation period.
• Security logs: normally no more than twelve months unless an incident requires longer retention.
• Optional marketing consent evidence: while used and for the period needed to demonstrate compliance.

8. Photographs and listing content

The person submitting a listing must be entitled to provide its content and photographs. Images containing identifiable people or personal documents must not be uploaded without an appropriate legal basis.

9. Cookies and external resources

The site uses essential preferences, including the language cookie, and authentication cookies when a user signs in. Non-essential audience or advertising trackers must remain disabled until consent is obtained. Consent must be as easy to refuse or withdraw as to give. Technical resources may be supplied by hosting, font or mapping providers; these services are reviewed as part of the provider inventory.

10. Your rights
